Wherin these three following Propositions
are undenyably proved, & all objections to
the contrary fully Answered.

1 That if magistrates, in case of necesitie,
promise Hereticks Libertie of Religion,
theie are bound to performe their Oath after
that necessitie ceaseth
2 That Magistrates may with a saffe
conscience grant Hereticks Libertie of
Religion[altered] & oblige themselves by an
Oath or Bond of assurance to provide for
their saffty and security[altered].
3 That Magistrates ought to grant Hereticks
Libertie of Religion and to oblige
themselves by an oath or Bond[altered] of
assurance to provid for their safty and
securitie.
