My most honoured Lord
j am so [enrimmed?] with <Not only my negotiations for a publick butyard but also > <now the> manifold straits and [illeg.word] extremitys that j am [word deleted] to make your them known vnto your <vnder which j grieve> will not suffer to mee waite vpon your Honour. <and to make [my?] [complaint?]> I dare not tediously inlarge myself in particulars by <in> these kindes but if it j might [word deleted] some part of those [things?] might at this time bee [derived?] to my hands which [hitherto?] have [flowed?] <more plentifully> from your Bounty, j am confident they will not loose their reward in Heaven nor in in a heart ([4? words deleted]) which is truly <so fully> devoted to your services [deletion] God afford [2 words deleted] occasions as any can bee upon Earth.
