Emperour send his declaration 9 If Emperour ratifie it then King Ungaria et Saxon shal bee mediatours between Emperour et the Shwedens or the reste of the confoederates, et treate with them about theire recompence. 10 The Shwedes for their recompence <shal bee allowed> 20 tonnes of gold, but for this they shal contente their donatarios in the Bishopricke of Magdeburg. 11. That will not accept of this peace, shall bee compelled by Emperour without the helpe of Saxonie 12. When the peace is confirmed, then the souldiers of both parties shal bee lead against those that haue taken somthing from the Empire, namly Fraunce et the Hollanders 13[altered] Concerning the assecuration of this peace, every ones his word must suffice, et other meanes are not given. Rulicij antwort zweiffele ich nicht, weil sie es alle verheissen. 8 judicia apolyptica solle mier sehr lieb sein, wie auch H. Stoughtons workes worumb ich in sonderheit bitte, quæ Cum videro largiter meas observationes tibi scribam. 7. [Quod?] ad Botsaccum attinet, suadet Dominus Duræus ut omnino quæ conscripsi edam, sed non possum absque sumptibus.
