Saith that he came to this City about five days ago to buy kersey stockings and did buy three pairs of stockings at the rate of 11d the pair and denieth that he brought any pewter brass or candlesticks but saith that one Reynold a tinker did wish this examinate to sell some pewter for him.

Saith that upon the fourteenth day of December last past this examinate did miss a pewter dish marked with the letters J. W. and saith that one Humfrey Perry being the former examinate did as this deponent conceiveth and verily believeth take the said pewter dish out of his house and saith the same dish of pewter is the goods of this examinate.
